dTECh is a private company established in 1998, with a vision to provide better solutions to the Marine propulsion and power generation to the needs of people in the Maldives .

Ever since the late 1990's dTECh has been, and is the sole distributor for Deutz engines, Johnson / Evinrude and various other products within the Maldives.

50% of the islands in the Maldives have Deutz generators provided by dTECh. This is a remarkable achievement taking into account the fact that Deutz came into the market recently in the Maldives .

dTECh started out with the distribution of Deutz engines and Johnson / Evinrude Outboards, to the Maldivian market. With the expansion of the company, we have widened by increasing spares availability for various different engines and Gensets. With the start of the year 2000, dTECh became the sole dealer for Sakura ( substitute for Fleet Guard ) filters for Cummins Gensets. Hence today we are happy to note that we provide filters for Cummins Gensets at a cheaper rate and with the same quality standards as of the competitors in the market.

Our company has participated in various different fairs in the past to expand and capture the market with a greater share. Different training programs conducted for our mechanics, so that they are always up to date on the new technology and the new systems in the market today. Training courses conducted with foreign lecturers from the mother company has strengthened our connections with them.

With the help of our experienced mechanics, we provide technical consultancy to our customers. Our engineers are always ready to relocate themselves if any problem arises in any island.
